Atmosphere Protection Muffle Furnace complies with the national machinery industry standard JB4311.7-91, featuring an LTDE programmable control system. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and section steel, with high-temperature spray painting on the surface. The back employs a specific manufacturing process with air intake and exhaust devices, allowing the introduction of inert gas to prevent oxidation and decarburization of high-temperature heated workpieces. It is suitable for high-temperature sintering, quenching, and other heat treatment processes that require various protective atmospheres.
I. Atmosphere Protection Muffle Furnace Product Features:
1. Utilizing advanced technology, the furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate through folding and welding, with the control box integrated into the furnace body. The elegant design avoids complicated installation for customers.
2. The inner lining is a rectangular monolithic structure made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The heating elements, made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire wound into spiral shapes, are threaded through the upper, lower, left, and right wire grooves of the inner lining, ensuring uniform heating from all sides.
3. The furnace features a sealed structure, with a insulation layer between the inner furnace and the shell constructed from refractory aluminum silicate fiber and diatomite products. The overall design is rational, ensuring a long service life. The furnace door is located on the left side, with an air intake hole at the back and an exhaust hole on the furnace door. Operation is convenient.

5. Temperature Control: The atmosphere protection muffle furnace is equipped with an over-temperature alarm device, featuring an integrated design and user-friendly menu. Microcomputer intelligent control eliminates issues such as temperature overshoot, ensuring optimal temperature control. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, providing precise and stable temperature control. Over-temperature alarms automatically cut off the heating output. It also includes functions such as start-up timing or starting the timer when the set temperature is reached for constant temperature operation.
